Wash Factory Express

LONG POST ALERT: I came to wash my 2017 Toyota Corolla today at this place. I have had a membership at Mister Car Wash for years now, and I’m about to reinstate my membership. Before I came to Wash factory, I looked up the reviews and saw that everyone had marvelous things to say about this car wash company. I pulled up today to experience the same excitement for myself. I paid for the $25 top notch car wash treatment (wax&coating, Lava wash, tire wax...etc). The gentleman seemed very nice, he gave me a registration pamphlet to fill out while I was going through the car was. I was mesmerized by the bright colors in the wash, it was really nice. After the wash, I vacuumed my car and went on my merry way. When I got home and parked, I realized the back of my driver side mirror was off! Thankfully, I am 10 minutes from the car wash, but I immediately went back. I told the gentleman that the back of my mirror came off, and he located it for me. I then asked him why would it come off... is it the type package I bought or what? He just told me that if it’s loose it’ll come off. Mind you, at Mister Car Wash... that piece NEVER came off!!! Thankfully, the piece snapped back on to my mirror, but it still shouldn’t of had came off in the first place.I was completely disappointed, I thought this place would be my new favorite car wash, but I was completely wrong! I’m not saying for you to not go here, I’m just not going here. Stay alert y’all, and make sure your car is legit before pulling off!

Amazing wash! Felt like the wash bay even had better rollers and a longer wash & dry than a lot of other local competing car wash stores. The park & vacuum even has an air gun to spray out any grass, dirt or dust from all of the nooks & crannies (for example, that grass you can never seem to get out with a vacuum alone between the door and car seat!). Definitely returning to this location with my other vehicle!

It was a very colorful experience, and the car is clean. The vacuums are strong enough to suck your carpet off the floor! We're pleased so far.

Super clean facility. I love that the vacuums are powerful. They offer free cloths for use.

I took in a car that was filthy and they took extra time than I normally have done on cars to scrub at the start. I didn't think they would do as good as they did. I appreciate the extra effort.
