I was super disappointed with my experience at The Glamour Bar today ud83dude14 I had an appointment for a lash lift with Natalie, but when I got there she said they didn’t have anymore perm solution, and said she could use the keratin conditioner instead (this does not make sense). I was so excited to have some lovely lashes, but left looking the exact same. I acknowledge that they called later in and tried to make it right, but I thought that my experience was so unprofessional, and, I was bummed, so I likely won’t be returningud83dude15

I got a full set of lashes done by Brooke and she was so welcoming and wonderful and so easy to talk to.nI got my lashes previously done at another unnamed corporate lash company, within 24 hours 50% of my lashes were on my cheeks. When I went back they wanted to charge me full price all over again and said I had oily skin and they needed more glue. I told Brooke that story and she cringed. She confirmed my thoughts that A) I don’t have more than normal oily skin and B) more glue isn’t the answernIt’s now 24 hours later and only 1 lash has fallen on my cheek!!!!!!! (Which is normal) I’m so excited I came here and got my lashes done again! Brooke wanted me to be comfortable asked all sorts of questions, showed me pictures to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t offer 15 different types of lashes but instead used her knowledge to combine different lengths to make my lashes look BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My first visit with them, something was off... my eyelashes didn’t stay on as the normal time length. I was reluctant to call but before they left a bad taste in my mouth, I thought the owner should know so it won’t keep happening to others.nnI’m so happy I did , he didn’t give me any hassle and apologize right away. Even though, the first girl did a great job and was super professional, I never had an awful experience but for some reason they didn’t stay as long as they should of and I had my eyelashes done a dozen of times. They booked me in as quickly as possible.nnThey booked me with Natalie. Natalie did an outstanding job! She’s a true artist! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and did it to a T. I cannot say enough about her!nnFrom the moment I stepped in, Natalie made me feel comfortable and was so understanding. She had a mission to make sure I left satisfied and I sure did!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Sometimes you truly know if you want to come back/ support a business when you see how they handled an unsatisfied client. By far a top notch business!!!nnThanks again!!

I was referred here by a good friend. I got eyelash extensions with Brooke. Not only is she awesome but she did an amazing job! I felt so relaxed! I will definitely be back and look forward to trying some of the other things they offer! ❤ufe0f
