Love them....Joanne always knows just what to do to my nails and they look great everytime. Might have to wait a little, but it is so worth it. She always gets me in in a timely manner even when there is a little wait. Joanne and staff are the best.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get my nails done for a family event. My cousin uses this place all the time and also got here done here for the event, so I decided to do the same. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails (it was quick and flawless for a matte gel). I have gotten so many compliments now that I am back home, I hate to even give them less than 5 stars. However, I got a pedicure as well. Sadly, I ended up with an infection around my cuticles from the pedicure and am on antibiotics. I can’t figure out why, since I personally witnessed them cleaning everything around the shop. But it’s been very painful!

We love Joanne's Nails my daughters and myself wouldn't go anywhere else. Its a professional place but they treat everyone like family.

I have used Joanne’s several times and was mostly pleased with the results. I recommended that my niece try them. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE, She is in the eighth grade and very shy. THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO HER! Joann kept correcting her speech (How dare she!) and telling her to stop moving among other things. I was so humiliated that someone I recommended would be so rude to a kid! I have learned since this happened today that there have been other occasions that she has been rude to young people. Joanne needs to be polite to all of her customers because they will be the ones paying her salary in a few short years.nnJoanne has lost several customers by her inability to treat all people with respect!
