This is a cute & cozy little nail shop near my home.nThe customer service was amazing. The owner is very friendly and really took her time with me.nnI would definitely go again.

So, I decided to support a black owed business, and it's was the worst experience I've ever endured. The nail tech was nice but does not have the experience to work in a business environment servicing the public. Ispent over 3 hours getting glued to the tech,nuneven shaped nail, my skina filed forand nicked, I asked for oval shape and got stilleto nails and finally just gave up on allowing the horrible multilation of my nails to continue. I told the tech I wasn't going to pay the full price and she confused and didn't want to compromise at all, but stated she did neednmore experience, but what I don't understand is why would anyone allow a novice to practice in a place of business. The police were called but took forever getting there so I asked if she could call the owner of the business and she did, after speaking with her she decided that I should pay for the service and not the shaping of the nails and to end this nightmare I did. I mind you I never got the full service but decided what the hell, I will never refer nor patronize this business again. I'm sure they will be out of business soon with the service they give. On to a Asian nail shop! So if anyone happen to consider having your nails done at GLAMOUR NAILS on Buffington road please run and save your money and the aggravation!!!!!!!!

Stick to the Chinese ppl. I got my nails done Friday and they was coming off by Wednesday smfh! They need to hire professional ppl who can actually do nails smh.
