Wow! What can I say!?!? Plumbing Plus has done it again! Their customer service and professionalism is so refreshing! Nicole is who I initially spoke with to schedule an appointment. She was knowledgeable, friendly and had amazing customer service. She was also able to schedule me for an appointment right away! AJ, who performed my services, was also amazing!! He was able to explain the issue I was having and fixed everything in a timely manner! He was courteous, professional and on time!!! Arthur was awesome. I really appreciate how he walked me step by step on what he was doing. He saw the problem and showed it to me. Then fixed the problem and he showed me that. When he was finished, he told me what to do to keep it from happening again. I appreciate his professionalism and his attention to details. Plus he was quick. I'm so glad I got Arthur as my Technician. He's very knowledgeable and nice. That's important to me.
Mr. Arthur from Plumbing Plus was a absolute pleasure to work with! I couldn’t figure out why our MB toilet/bidet was leaking. I had another plumber out who couldn’t fix the problem and was near wits end. Mr Arthur showed up and figured out straight away what the problem was. He even created a custom tool to tighten the toilet properly to the floor since the bolts are hidden in a very tight compartment. Overall I’m very pleased with their work and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future!

It’s always a gamble when you choose a professional service provider without knowing anything about them, but we are so glad we chose Plumbing Plus! AJ and Arthur provided excellent customer service!! We have used their services several times now and couldn’t be more pleased. They are professional, efficient, and courteous, and followed all COVID precautions, always wearing their masks. The rates are extremely reasonable also.
