I have been to a lot of car washes and met some crummy managers. This particular car wash has an extraordinary manager!!! My family and I came out here for a family vacation. The drive had my car all types of dirty. Alexis though, she helped me pick out the best wash for my vehicle. Her customer service skills are on point! I’ve never met such an amazing all around manager before. If any of y’all end up in Fayetteville Georgia, I’d recommend y’all head over to this specific car wash! I go out of my way and pass many car washes to get here. Why?nBecause this place is not only a car wash your vehicle goes through (and gets really clean), but they have carts of plentiful clean towels and bottles of window cleaner, dash/seat cleaner for you to get your vehicle toweled dry and interior clean! To top it off, the vacuums are powerful, not wimpy!

Fayetteville needs a good car wash desperately. This place is not it. They splash water on the window with the brush as a pre wash but not where it should be done. $25.00 wash and it comes out dirty. My front still had bugs. The hood, tailgate, and portions of the sides still had dirt that my dry finger could wipe off. Tons of soap and colorful chemicals get all over your car but it's all show. The dirt stays.

I came to visit my family for the holidays and had to wash my car. I had the opportunity to speak to Alexis and purchase a membership for the time of me being down here. Her customer service skills are amazing! Very sweet and professional. Made the entire experience worth every penny. I really wish her and a tidal wave was near me in LaFayette!! Amazing hard worker!!!

So, this was my first time coming here and I have to say I’m impressed with your staff! My car was very dirty, as I just came back from a trip. But, thanks to your team member Alexis, my car looks amazing now, and it’s so shiny! She was super sweet, and professional! I’ll definitely be coming back!!
