I have visited this facility twice. My last visit left me with with blue soap on my car and no water. Even after switching to another stall- still no water. I called the phone number. As of 26 March, no return call. I won't be patronizing this facility again. There's a drive through car wash opposite Hometown car wash. Hometown resolve your problems.
Currently closed. Will re-open at some point under new ownership.nnEdit: As of March 2021, it is still closed. However, we were recently charged a monthly renewal fee under the new business name car wash USA despite they’re still been closed.nnEdit: April 2012 - Still closed. Rebranded as “Car Wash USA Express.” They have started charging for monthly car wash passes despite being closed. No communication from owners or response to phone calls or emails. Disputing recent charges with the bank and blocking future payments.
I have used this car wash for 2-3 years with no problem. Apparently, they changed ownership in October of 2020. Early last week, the car wash stopped working. It has now been down for at least 10 days.nnWhen you take the time to go to the car wash, there are no employees outside to explain the situation. If you call, the employees are apologetic, but have no answers. I have left several messages for corporate customer care and sent numerous emails. To date, no one has taken the time to contact me.nnI simply want to know when I can expect to use my monthly car wash subscription service. Without taking the time to contact me, the new owners are basically saying that customers don't matter.nnI believe this is a very short-sighted view, especially since a new car wash opened down the street very recently.nnThe people at corporate have my name, email address and phone number. I would welcome a discussion about the situation.

The employees are great but whoever is above them at the corporate level is terrible. No communication with the on site employees and throw them to the customers instead
