Went to this place today 9/4/19 between 10:34am-11:11am (cause I’m actually outside the building doing this) to get my brows done for the FIRST TIME and last time. 2 females were done, they walked by me on the other side which I know they could see me cause you could see through the doors and I seen them as well just giggling and talking didn’t have no desire to acknowledge me or say someone will be right with me in just a moment. So I just left after sitting there over 10 minutes. Poor customer service, if they didn’t want to assist all they had to do was say so or maybe I wasn’t the right customer that they usually get all the time. If I could I would give this place 0 stars
Does a nice job on lashes, I always get a lot of compliments. Just clarify the specific service you are requesting when you arrive ( i.e.classic, hybrid lashes , curly, straighter, etc.) and the final cost before service begins.
