I usually have a good experience at this car wash. Don't come often. I went a little over a month ago and one people that work there approached my vehicle as I went to pay. As I was vacuuming I did notice him approaching all the vehicles pulling up to pay. He said that they are trying to minimize people touching the screen so they are giving everyone that sticker so they can just drive up and it will automatically come out of your account. I was fine with that, but as he continued it showed something about a membership. I told him that I did not want a membership, as I do not get my car washed often. He said that even though it said that it was not and it will expire in 30 days. I asked him again and he assured me that I was not sighing up for a membership. I was only charged $4.99. I kept my received and sure enough literally a month later I was charged $29.99 for the membership. I called and the representative I spoke to said that she apologized for the confusion. Confusion? The guy lied just to get people signed up for the memberships, very unprofessional. They did offer to refund my card in the amount of $29.99 but I'm still waiting and it's been 4 days already. I called my bank and they said that the vendor has not processed it yet.

Ok for quick car wash but pricey. Vacuum was barely working and one side missing the hose completely. Could have done better at home.

Don't waste your time or your money. I only came here because the car wash that I usually go to is closed for renovation at the moment. I paid $15 for my car to come out the same way it went in. The only difference was that it came out wet. The wash was supposed to include tire shine but my tires weren't shined. The little girls who work here are rude.

I absolutely love this place ! I save over $200 just by going here compared to One Stop just down the road . I do have a membership that costs $24.99 a month but it is for unlimited use of Vacuums & the wash. Car always comes out clean. Customer service is top notch. If you are having trouble with the machine someone is always there too help out. Place is always kept up.

I'm giving 3 stars because of a recent experience I had that sounds exactly like one of the other recent reviews.nnI went one weekend I think it was end of January and the guy at the kiosk put a sticker on my windshield and told me they were going touch free due to covid, he took my name and swiped my card for payment. As I was waiting to get in the car wash I saw a sign that showed the amount he charged me was a promotional rate for the monthly membership if signing up that day. I immediately called the customer service number the next week and sure enough I was setup with the recurring membership. I had them cancel it before I was charged.nnIn the grand scheme of things I'm not out anything more than the time to call and cancel a service I didn't request or agree to. However, the way in which the guy went about signing me up was unethical at best.nnOther than this experience, I've never had any issues other than the random vacuum not working well.
