I cannot sing their praises enough!! I had another company come out before Down Right to remedy my issue, and let’s just say I’m glad I found DownRight Plumbing. Everyone I spoke with from my first call to their office until they installed my new water line was a complete joy to work with. Everyone was professional yet relatable, reasonable, and performed amazing work. I will recommend them to anyone who ever asks for a great plumbing company!

Danny, Brice, and Lewis came out to work on my septic lines. They were all so wonderful, timely, professional, and even had amazing patience with my children that wanted to know every little thing they were doing. The price for the work was unbeatable and great quality. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.nI also adore Cindy in the office and how incredibly sweet she has been while assisting with all the questions I had with great customer service.

I rarely write reviews for businesses. That being said DownRight Plumbing did such a great job that I felt compelled to say they are the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with many plumbing companies in my 40 years at my current residence. They are far superior to anyone in the Chattanooga area. I can not praise this company enough. From start to finish their professionals know their business.

Jennifer took my call and was very polite and understanding. I thought that I needed someone that night. When Danny called to let me know that he was on his way, he advised me that I could wait until the next day and saved me the overtime fee.nThe next day Danny and Brice came first thing. While Danny fixed my hot water heater issue, Brice worked on an issue with one of my toilets. Danny and Brice were quick, professional, and honest. I highly recommend DownRight Plumbing!

I called this place at about 12-1, made an appointment for them to come out and see why my toilet was stopped up, the person I talked to said it would be between 3 and 5 before they could get here and I said no problem.... they called me and said they were on their way and they got here exactly when they said they'd be here.... when they got here (Jay and Danny) they went to work right away..... they figured out the problem and fixed it..... they also fixed a problem that was under my trailer where water was spewing from something!!!! These guys were AWESOME and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! If anyone ever has a plumbing issue I would HIGHLY recommend this company and they are VERY reasonable with pricing....DOWN RIGHT PLUMBING you guys are awesome!!!!! Especially Jay and Danny!!!!!
