My daughter reported that the technician was very friendly and helpful. He offered suggestions and gave maintenance instructions for her older furnace. The best part of it all is she now has heat! I appreciate that they investigated the issue far enough to repair the problem, which may also fix the AC issue they were having this summer. Another HVAC company in Vermillion's only solution was to replace the heat and AC which wasn't an option for us.
Steve came late in the afternoon and worked until about midnight getting my new hot water heater installed. Told me he couldn't let me go without hot water! I truly appreciated his sacrifice to help me out. He knows his stuff! I highly recommend him and his company.

Steve is awesome! He popped by, figured out our plumbing issue really quickly, and did a great job getting us up and running. I appreciated how he was able to explain what was going on, and steps we could take to prevent the issue from recurring. 10/10!
I am writing this to recommend Steve to anyone who wants an honest professional who knows his job and will not only solve the problem, but also educates the customer so that they can take care of it themselves! We had a problem with our water heater and he gave us the opportunity to try fix it ourselves by instructing us on the phone and even sent us instructions on how to do it before he came. They inform you upfront about the cost and help you to try fix/solve the problem before you ask them to take a look at the problem. In my experience, this is an unusual aspect for a business and I appreciate the way they conduct their business. Overall very professional, friendly and did a clean job!
