Cory explained all my issues to me and provide me with different options. The pricing was reasonable. Cory and his apprentices (Michael and Brandon) were very fast, respectful to my home, and honest. I would definitely call on them again! Thank you so much!

Everyone in the company, from the person who answers the phone, to the technicians, are professional, organized, and customer friendly. However they are expensive, and they usually go for the replacement rather than repair. I had a minor leak in my kitchen faucet that probably required the change of a simple washer. The technician recommended changing the faucet (around $600) rather than repairing it. I have used them for many items in the past. They are competent and do good work. So, it makes sense to use them for major plumbing work, but when it comes to minor jobs, you can easily find other good plumbers at much cheaper price.

First, let me start by saying the technician Andy was not the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I just needed a Delta faucet cartridge replaced. This should not have been too expensive as the part is less than $40 and it only takes about an hour. I know this because we have had it replaced before. When Andy was finished with his evaluation, he came back with a quote of over $600. The quote was shocking. He called someone to see if they could work on the price and they came back with over $500. I didn't know the hourly rate for plumbers had jumped to over $400 per hour. Needless to say, I did not ask them to do the work. I will never use them and will make sure my friends know about the nonsense of this company.nnI was completely surprised by this quote because they have very good reviews and I was looking forward to being able to use a local company.nnVery disappointing.

We called to have help with our washing machine standpipe replacement. This was the first company that showed up on Google and I'm very glad we went to them with our problem. They have been so professional as well as kind and helpful. The plumber Matthew was also just as professional and wonderful, giving updates on his process and informing us on what to look out for in the future pertaining our home plumbing. We have found our plumbers and will only call on A-Total from now on.

Andy was extremely professional and thorough. He arrived on time and made sure I understood what I was paying for. The total inspection made me more aware of potential problem areas. This was a great experience overall.
