1st Choice Plumbing was recommended to us by another Plumbing company. I needed someone to come out over the weekend. They were very responsive and showed up within a couple hours of scheduling the appointment. They were able to repair our sump pump and toilet in the basement. They were very quick and efficient. We needed a plumber urgently on a Saturday. After calling several plumbing companies who were unable to assist us, Superior Plumbing recommended us to use 1st Choice Plumbing. 1st Choice Plumbing was able to come out to our home within a few hours, giving us an immediate window of arrival time which was spot on. Patty was very knowledgeable on the phone about our specific issue, assuring us they were familiar with sump pumps. The men who arrived were also very knowledgeable and professional. We will be using 1st Choice Plumbing again.
Wow. When you have a plumbing emergency, these guys are your first responders. Sewage started spewing out of our basement shower drain on a Saturday afternoon. We obviously panicked, called many plumbers, not only were these guys talking us through problem solving on the phone, but after we couldn’t resolve the issues via phone they sent someone out within 90 mins. They were so professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Problem solved with back up plans/solutions in place. I can’t recommend enough. these people really saved the day and were super honest about the issue and price.
We noticed a leak in the ceiling on a Sunday afternoon. We call 1st Choice and they picked up right away and provided a scheduled time slot. Cameron and Josh were right on time. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and provided valuable information about our home; we're new to the home. They identified and resolved the source of the leak, and also walked us around the house pointing out how the water heater and other plumbing systems worked.nnThey went above and beyond and if we have any plumbing issues in the future, I know who we're calling.
Needed emergency service on Sunday and called 1st Choice. They responded immediately, gave and ETA and kept me updated on when they arrived. Arrived on time, Cameron and Joshua were very professional, worked clean and efficiently. Though they could not completely removing the root buildup in my line, they were able to clear it enough for temporary use. They showed me exactly what they were running into, what the issue was and what my options were. He also advised how we could still use the plumbing until we had a permanent fix which they will provide and estimate for. Based on the experience today, if the estimate is within the range of others I will get, I would definitely lean towards this company.
