From out of town going through on a business trip. Miss. Corri was super friendly and attentive to my vehicle and my experience I was quite pleased. She also informed me there were other Zips along my trip that I should try if needed with all this crazy weather. Thank you for having very informative employees.
The car wash has been horrible ever since Four seasons were bought out. I pay a monthly fee and always have paid monthly to have my vehicle cleaned and the vacuums are constantly either clogged or the crew has multiple sides blocked off at times. The tires NEVER get cleaned and there isn’t ever any hand towels to dry the vehicle. It’s absolutely horrible and I have given the new merge a tremendous amounts of opportunity to show what great quality service is and this company has shown that they fail at it completely! Some of the people here are pretty rude when you ask them about why it isn’t working.
I have been going to this carwash for several years. I never had any issues with the former owner. Now everytime I go my vehicle never gets rinsed properly and towels are not available most of the time. The floor mat cleaner doesn't work. Also the tire shine is put on so thick it gets all over my vehicle so I have to clean it again when I get home. I am canceling my membership and will now start using Varsity on 113. I gave this location several chances to do better.
Always have a pleasant experience. Even if they are having issues with the wash they do what they can to still make the visit worth it and let you know when they think they will be up and running again. It's a lot of machinery and electronics to keep up with and they do a great job.
Get the Speedy Pass! Love having my car spiffy all the time.
