Relocated here from the NJ. Staff is very helpful. Trying to lug all of our stuff up the elevator was quite a challenge but it was well worth it. The view from our apartment is beautiful.nnA few days in, I experienced a leak under my kitchen sink. I went down to the leasing office and explained the issue and submitted a maintenance request. Within the next our, maintenance was at my door. He completely gutted the and replaced the pipes under the sink! Five stars ⭐ufe0f

The staff is very very polite friendly very clean very well-kept very homely atmosphere I feel very welcomed I'm just sorry I didn't move in sooner thanks to all the staff at the overlook more than happy with my choice to move here and I would recommend it to anybody

For the price and amenities offered, we couldn't be happier. Love living between the intracoastal & ocean! The best of both worlds. Residents are friendly & the staff has been excellent!

I love it here! The staff is always available and responds quickly to requests and issues. The lobby, laundry, gym, and pool are inviting and look great! Steps away from the beach, clubs and some decent restaurants & bars. My friends even love visiting (for reasons above mostly) and only have great things to say about this property.
