Upon moving in to my rental with DLP, I had an immediate toilet clog 120 feet into the sewage line and a clogged, heavily leaking kitchen sink. Although my rental agreement did state, I was on the hook even though it was my first full day in the unit. DLP did the right thing and took on those costs themselves when they did not have to by law. These are the hallmarks of good people.
