This place used to be great when they had the older gentlemen working there but now it’s horrible! Dirty! Broken equipment! Broken glass all over! Not maintained hardly AT ALL! I don’t usually write bad reviews but this place is really bad. It’s sad because this was the only car wash I went to for a long time... now I have to drive all the way to the other side of town.

I swiped my card for a car wash and went through they just sprayed my vehicle with water so I went to one of the self wash and the hose didn't work I turned the knob to multiple settings and nothing was sprayed and they still charged me

I washed my car here today and it doesn't look like my car got clean. Dirt is still visible on my car. They need better equipment.

I wish I could give this a -25 star rating. What a joke. Drive thru car wash took my $20 bill 2 weeks ago and no car wash. Tried for a refund. Couldn’t have that either. Ripoff. So I was back in Vermillion a month later (yesterday) And I figured surely it was fixed by now. I put in a $10 bill, chose my wash, again nothing, the entry light did not turn on, nothing happened. So I push refund. Nothing happened. They stole another $10 from me. So I went into one of their self wash bays and started washing my car. Turned on the foam brush and foam not only literally blew out of the brush (obviously the pressure was way too high) it started coming out of the hose where it was mounted above the car. So now soap is bubbling (gushing) out of that onto the top of my car. Crazy amount of pressure until you turn it to rinse. Then, of course, the pressure is soooo low it takes over 7 minutes to decently rinse of the car. What a joke of a car wash! The car wash stalls are dirty with big clumps of mud and garbage in all the stalls. No one there to help with problems (like the machine stealing your money) and, shocker, no phone number listed to call about refund.

I got my vehicle washed here it was real dirty and it didn't get spotless so they ran it though again it was close to getting clean I do have a suggestion if someone that spends 1000 or more should get a free car wash
