I like their helpful staff and workable floor plan. Not too large. I don't have to walk around for thirty minutes or more trying to figure out what aisle what I need is on. I just walk in and there are people to help. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Plus, their prices are great.
Always love this place. It maybe smaller then the big stores but has any and every thing I have needed. And they will help you at this store in person without any hand held device..wow amazing... They tell you about the products or if another one maybe on sale or even better then what you buying.at the same price...This makes me want to back to this store..Thanks Madden's Ace Hardware! Great customer service. Fantastic sales. Went in for tub sealant. Left with tons more of cleaning supplies, because the sales. This place has home repair tools, products, and cleaning supplies (mostly household, but also a few industrial products).
For the most part customer service is great. Just ignore the one or two that are not so great. Majority of the time they have all the stuff I need.
Every time I go here there's someone to help guide me to where it is. Never a bad experience going here. Parking is easy and the store is super clean. Also they have a divider at checkout for the safety of customers.
