Phil, I just wanted to write you a note to thank you for an amazing job. When I contacted you about the home we had and the needs we had, I had no idea that you would be able to turn our mess into a message. You and Lindsay have been super friendly, have carefully explained everything as you did it, and wrapped up our closing at the speed of light. I still do not know how you all managed to gather all the necessary information and execute this deal in such a short time. I hope people who have never had the pleasure of working with the best will find their way to you. Besides the real estate expertise and prompt responses to our many questions, you have proven that there are still a few people around who actually care about what is going on in the lives of those you work with. Phil followed through with everything as he said he would and even helped me with the electric bill when y power was getting shut off till the closing. He was patient and helpful when issues came up before the closing and was willing to help financially if I needed it.
