The Beacon at New Smyrna is a great community to call home. Eric the Community Manager is so helpful and professional, Sherri and Samantha in the office are very friendly and nice and Al with the Service Team is awesome. But beyond that the apartment homes are beautiful inside with great details. They are modern and have lots of cabinets in the kitchen with nice screened patios.nThe food truck events are nice as weekly you do not have to cook dinner. The pool area feels like a resort so why drive over to the beach.nI love it here with the quietness yet so close to everything!!nCome be my neighbor! You will love it too!

I moved across the country into this complex without seeing it in person and I could not be happier. It is absolutely amazing and even better than I imagined. I have never experienced a complex that has so many luxurious amenities for such a reasonable price. Not to mention how incredibly pet-friendly/oriented the community is. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else with my dog (he loves it). Sheri was very helpful with my move and has even helped me carry huge packages to my car one day. I feel very safe here and the residents are kind & welcoming. The Beacon has exceeded my expectations- highly recommend.

We shopped around a lot for our new apartment. We'd just sold our home of 20 years and wanted something clean, fresh and relaxing to make the transistion easier. We are incredibly happy with our new home at the Beacon in New Smyrna Beach. Located just 10 minutes from the beach, this new apartment community is staffed with true professionals who have made this move seem nearly effortless. Everyone is friendly and reacts quickly to resolve any issues that might come up. From property management to maintenance staff, all have worked as a team to make us feel at home in our NEW apartment. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are numerous. From the fitness room and luxurious swimming pool, to the dog park (this place is very dog friendly) and auto detailing spa, package concierge and clubhouse etc., the Beacon takes the value for dollar cost ratio seriously. Gated security and other features to help make your new property feel as secure as it is comfortable. My wife and I want to give a personal thank you to Eric, Sheri, Samantha, Damien and Al (our go to team) who have really made an event that most people stress over feel like an absolute breeze.

Great floor plans and amenities. Price is wonderful. I must say, Al with maintenance is outstanding. Great attitude, great work, quick and efficient plus friendly and he knows what he is doing! Keep up the great work Al!

I moved across the country sight unseen. Sheri is an absolute gem. She told me it was brand new and a very beautiful apartment complex. The complex is well managed by the staff. Who could complain about a fresh double espresso from the lobby coffee machine while looking out at the pool. I’m very happy I moved in here and you will too.,
