We had a great rental experience with Horse and Chaise for our one month rental in Venice, FL. Staff was courteous and prompt in answering our questions and the cleaning crew during these times of COVID was just excellent! We will be using Horse and Chaise for our rental needs and will recommend to anyone wanting a seasonal or annual rental.

The house was great but there was some issues. The internet was not what we asked for. They took two weeks to contact the internet company. The stove top was dirty and they had not cleaned the outside pool area of all the spider webs. They did come out and take care of them. Also no directions for heating the pool. Took two calls to get them to come out show us. They charge you $225 for cleaning but you have to do the laundry. Get a second set of sheets and towels. I should not have to do the laundry. Also, we went and picked up the key code from their offices. We could not get into the locker. They had never turned on the key code. They are charging the owner for them to manage and they need to step up their game. I did send all their information to them but they never responded.

Rented a property for Jan-Feb-Mar of 2021. I was sent an email offering for same rental 2022. I responded that yes we would rent again. No response from Horsevand Chaise. Now we are told it has been rented for 2022.nVery unprofesssional!nThey made a mistake and have not even returned our phone calls.nnAlso received an email that the email server for Horse and Chaise was down and they were apologizing for not responding.nSo by not receiving our email for renting agreement for 2022, they went ahead and rented out the unit they offered us, the one we are presently in.nNot happy!nNo return phone calls as theynWill not use Horse and Chaise again....many more reputable realtors in the Venice, FL area.nnUpdate....nYour response is not accurate.nWhen we ‘sat down’ with you to discuss re-renting, your office had already re-rented our unit!nYour email had stated a glitch in your email server and that is why we came in to meet with you to secure the 2022 season.nYour glitch, our loss, your fault!
