Bunch of people living in the units we moved to a different location because the owner was really sketchy, raised the monthly bill if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed

Shady location to leave your valuables. PLUS they take $175 of your security deposit (minimum as per your contract) even though we left it cleaner than we got it! A security deposit is supposed to be 100% refundable! Absolute insanity. Sneaky business practices.
