I just closed on a townhouse in Tampa with Kwee's help. She was willing to drive up from where she lives in Venice, Florida which was 2 hours away, during every stage of the buying process. She doesn't push you towards a house that you don't like and does everything she can to help you get the best deal possible. I never had a problem getting in touch with her whenever I had questions (and I had a lot of questions) and she did everything she could to help me with my lender (who was very difficult to work with at times). I would highly recommend Kwee to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property.

Kwee was so wonderful to work with. She is very accommodating and will work around your schedule and meet at times that will work for you. We did a rental property through her and if there was a problem with the house she addressed it or fixed it within the hour. She really works hard to make your home and experience the best it can be. Kwee is very highly recommended by us and our family.
