From the moment my husband and I met Kim Stephens we knew she was the right agent to find us our new home in Florida. She was prompt, concise, patient, paid attention to details and communicated clearly. With the additional challenge of being out-of-state, she made it a seamless process from using Zoom to walk thru the property, making the offer, then scheduling and attending the Home Inspection.
