Charryl of Berkshire Hathaway was the ultimate professional in finding us our dream home in Venice, Florida. She listened to our needs, sent us listings that matched what we were seeking, and showed us at least a dozen homes. Charryl Youman was the agent for both selling our old house and purchasing our new one. She put together a great marketing plan for the sale and was always available to answer queries whether they were by phone, email or in person.nnWe received a cash offer on our house just after the one we really wanted to purchase was taken off the market by it’s owner. Despite us being temporarily out of contact Cheryl took the initiative to reach out to that owner to get her to reconsider selling. We were delighted at what she’d achieved and ended up signing contracts for both sale and purchase on the same day.nnEverything went through smoothly and both deals completed on time. We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and very grateful for all Cheryl did for us. She’s a lovely person who is always positive and she’s a very experienced realtor. The Berkshire Hathaway office provided useful back up and services as the transactions went through.

There isn't enough words to say about this company and realtors.nnOur realtor was Janet Linaberg and she went over and above for my husband and myself. We could not have made this move from up North to Venice Fl. if she was not beside us helping us in ALL aspects of our move.nnI made a weeks trip down to look at homes and Janet was going to be away on a long overdue vacation. Janet set up one of her colleagues, who was also amazing, to show many homes.
