Left an important bag of very special clothing and was given a runaround for picking it up as several weeks went by, I went to the so called headquarters which is nothing but a trailer somewhere and they wouldn’t answer the phone. They’ve tried to shame me for leaving the bag accidentally. Completely unprofessional and lacks common sense about customer service.. imagine what kinda drivers they have. Will be reporting to BBB unless this issue is finally resolved

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I called hours ahead of time to plan for my pickup and called again closer to the pickup time and was still late. They'll just lie to you and make you late. Totally bogus use affordable taxi or clean taxi either one is better than these mfs

Reliable, fast, and safely provides me with the transportation I need and have come to rely on and trust. Larry is a very funny and polite driver I reccomend this taxi company out of a the other local cabs and taxis cause I'm never left wondering if I'm gonna be late or waiting hours for a ride.
