I have used The Proper Groups rentals 3 times now; once for family visiting town, once to host my baby shower and a third time for a quick get away in downtown St. Augustine with my husband. Each time we had an exceptional experience. My baby shower was a dream. We rented Sol Mate and had our entire family from out of town stay in the house. The open roof top deck was a perfect spot to catch some fresh air and amazing views of the ocean. Rachel is extremely professional and responsive if we had any issues. I highly recommend using The Proper Group for all of your vacation rental needs.

We love going to St. Augustine every year for vacation and we always use The proper group for our vacation rentals. Besides all the beautiful homes to choose from, the staff is very helpful, they are reasonable, and easy to work with in planning. You won’t be disappointed!

Not sure about the bad review, our experience was just right. Everything was as stated with no hiccups. Good location and good price for the location. Would use them again.

Unfortunately, I can’t give them a good review. They sounded great in their sales pitch They helped me get the house situated to begin to rent.nBut they paid on time, I’m not even sure if their invoices are legit. They were not transparent about the bookings. The house was not properly cleaned between guest. There were several things that were damaged in the house without being reported. They charged a $450 cleaning fee, which they probably paid the cleaning service about $150.nI had more stress dealing with them than any other managing company that I ever dealt with.nI don’t know how many times I heard, “ we sent you the check but it was returned in the mail” or let me check why the bank didn’t send your your direct deposit”. Right, I had to hire an attorney in case they didn’t pay. They finalized paid what was owed but I’m not even sure if the invoices were even real. I got hustled by them. That’s why I’m writing this review. I trusted them and they screwed me. I have all the emails to prove their lies, deceits and excuses. They breached the contract in so many aspects that it was just embarking that I trusted this company.nBEWARE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.nYou can’t trust them and their constant lies. .
