When we decided to sell our investment property, we knew we needed an agent who was an expert in the local market. Our daughter and son-in-law had used Jennifer Cook to sell their house in a difficult market and buy their dream home in a perfect location so they highly recommended her! We too found Jennifer to be the perfect agent for our needs! Her professionalism was immediately apparent, helping us painlessly navigate the paperwork. She thoroughly explained requirements and legalities, quickly returned calls when more research was needed, and never failed to follow through on any requests we had made. Jennifer even checked the property personally before the listing pictures were taken to make sure the property was shown at its best! She used the latest technology as well as good old-fashioned negotiating skills to bring us several offers the first week we listed! It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer and we highly recommend her to anyone.

Being a first time home buyer, I really didn’t know what to expect from a realtor while going g through the experience. All I can really say is that Jennifer made the nerve racking process amazingly smooth.nnShe was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and all around amazing. Jennifer was instrumental to us as we sold our home and bought a new one. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. With her help, we were able to buy our dream house despite multiple competing offers, and we were able to sell our previous home for well over our asking price. Can't recommend her highly enough! :)
