We met Heather at an open house she was hosting in St. Augustine,FL. We were visiting from SW FL but knew we wanted to end up in St. Augustine in the coming few years. She was gracious and genuinely interested in giving us general information about the area. We exchanged emails and for the next two years, she would email me every month or so with links to areas she thought we might be interested in. She was never pushy, she never asked when we would be relocating and she remembered every detail of our conversation that day. In a world where the majority of realtors are only interested in LISTING your home, Heather was a delightful change in being committed to helping us buy a home. When the time finally came, those years of emails and listings had afforded us the opportunity to narrow down our search and we made an offer our first day after she drove us around to the short list homes. She made contact with us at least once a day throughout the closing process and attended to every detail, even suggesting things we’d not considered. She was present for all the inspections and negotiated professionally through every turn. It was solely her presence that made this experience a joy rather than a nightmare. I can not recommend her highly enough. She’s truly a blessing to her profession.
