I met Andrew Birchall about 5 years ago and I’m so glad I saved his contact information. After a brief conversation, I thought to myself, this is definitely the Realtor I would want to work with if I ever had a Real Estate need. Well now I can tell you that working with Andrew was such a blessing! He recently helped us sell our home and purchase a great piece of land to build on. His professionalism and expertise was quintessential in both transactions. He answers every call and will follow through on every single detail. He kept us informed and made us feel cared for throughout the entire process. Not only is he the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with, but he is also a wonderful person. Andrew and his team just today closed on the sale of my rental house in St. Augustine and it could not have gone smoother. Andrew helped with making sure my house showed well, he gave me a fair estimate of the sale price. He was very courteous to my tenants. We got a fair price, and closed early. Andrew even was on vacation during a critical point and he stayed in contact with the buyer's agent, the title company, and me the whole time making certain nothing fell through the cracks. All in all, likely the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. Thanks Andrew for making it all seem easy.

Andrew was a breath of fresh air! We had been working with other realtors that either never followed up with us or showed us homes that were already under contract. Andrew listened to what we we wanted, what neighborhood we wanted to be in and was on top of the market and called us immediately when a home in our desired neighborhood came available so that we had a chance of making an offer before someone else did. We found a great house and payed well below asking price!! Giving us room to make it our own! Andrew made our experience fun, easy, and took care of all the details in a timely matter to make sure our closing was smooth! We can't thank him enough and he will be the only realtor we will ever use or recommend! Thank you Andrew Birchall, we love our new home and neighborhood!!
