I highly recommend Mary Perez as your FL realtor for a variety of reasons.n1. Availability: She is always accepting new clients. She was highly communicative as both my buyer's agent and my brother's seller's agent.n2. Closing rates: After doing some research, I found that she has a longstanding positive closing rate which means that sells close to every home she lists. We were very pleased with how quickly my brother's house sold.n3. Negotiation skills: She is a top real estate agent because she successfully negotiated on my behalf when she was my buyer's agent. Furthermore, she was my brother's listing agent and she got him top dollar. (Basically, she is an experienced buyer's and seller's agent.)n4. Marketing: From experience I can tell you that her marketing tactics were amazing. She was able to sell my brother's house within 2 weeks of the first open house.n5. Experience & knowledge: She has a lot of experience which usually translates into a knowledgable realtor. This will make for a positive outcome.n6.
