Zarzuela Realty & School was one of the best decisions I made. She breaks everything down to you making sure you understand the material, the way she teaches definitely put the bar high for you to pass her class. Zarzuela has a nice personality, she makes the class fun and exciting. She will share her experience with you so you know what you getting yourself in. I'll definitely recommend her to anyone she made the class so easy to understand.

This was my first time ever in a Real Estate class. There is a lot to learn with so little time & you can only be taught so much in the classroom, but China made it very easy to understand! She was a good teacher & I would recommend her school to anyone who is looking to get into Real Estate. She is very down to earth & makes the class interesting with her real estate & business stories. Thank you China!!!!!! ❤ufe0f

The whole experience was efficient & FUN! Miss Zarzuela is an EXCELLENT teacher. I recommend EVERYONE take this class. Seriously, ALL that you learn is SO VALUABLE. Whether you want to persue a career or be MUCH MORE informed on the process of buying/selling. For myself, the confidence to pursue this career & other careers in real estate has sky rocketed!!

China is amazing! I absolutely loved taking this course with her.. she's professional, fun and most importantly I obtained a great body of knowledge in the field of real estate. I am ready to rock my state final!nnClass with China was both informative and inspiring and what I really noticed was that she really cares about each and every person that enters her class room. By far the most entertaining and knowledgeable real estate instructor. I had a great experience learning with Ms. Zarzuela because she broke everything down, from complicated to understandable. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking to become a real estate associate.
