Elizabeth and her assistant are disrespectful and rude. They can not give simple information out without making it a problem. They talk to you like you are an idiot. I hate these people. Why am I paying for this kind of treatment

Update March 2021. I spoke to the office regarding some of my concerns... I wish 0 stars was an option.. they were so rude and disrespectful to me. Completely unwarranted. I only wanted clarification- This HOA seems to really disorganized and petty. They are poor stewards of the HOA fees collected and have 0 transparency about how the funds are being used. The community has no sidewalks and very minimal, if any, common spaces to be maintained, no amenities, and no other services offered, (internet/TV discount, septic pumping discount, etc). If it the small sign at the front of the community, my son can handle that for free on the weekends. I would like to know where the HOA fee is improving our community beyond trying to micromanage our personal property inconsistently. For example, if you are going to complain about cars on the grass for one person, you need to blow the whistle on everyone. If you want the lawns manicured uniformly, that needs to be addressed with all of the overgrown lawns. I'd like to have better management for the money- otherwise I am just throwing away money every year-- and who can afford that?

I have been representing associations for almost 40 years throughout Florida. The people at Garrison are smart, effective and association friendly. Directors, ignore these negative reviews; they are one the best companies I've worked with. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. Before you use this company ask anyone around winter Haven about them. Ethics and professionalism do not exist here. When you have to have a bell and allow people to view and allow others to enter like a gun shop because everyone is so mad at them, you know something is off. Use anyone other than this company.

(My opinion as seen in my development only, they may be better for other developments)nnQuick to send letters of noncompliance, yet totally lacking in their responsibilities and duties.nnRepeatedly failed to organize annual meetings and provide written financial report at the annual meetings as required by Florida State Law.nnCollects annual dues but fails to provide proper and timely services.nWhen services are done they are inadequate.
