Me and my fiancee had a great experience with these people! Shay Ramos was our leasing coordinator, she was very nice very friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us through the process. She's an out going individual who wasn't out to get our money. She made sure we were happy and satisfied. We would specifically recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Hi, Have to say that my experience so far with rental and realty group has been exceptional specially with the leasing coordinator Shay Ramos, she has been such a great asset to this company as well as helping the customers out. I filled out a few applications with different company’s although this place was the first one to actually respond immediately and also get you updated in information. I am getting relocated from my job and have had so much on me that when she gave me the news that I was approved, tears came out from me because honestly she made my day. Its funny because after I got the notice 2 additional places called me saying hey you have been selected for a house, and my response to them was thank you I actually had a company who responses were immediately and effective which I consider that should be one of the kind to keep a business running and having customers satisfied. Definitely will recommend this place and also Shay as the consultant, she definitely puts herself in others shoes and understand the needs of the customers. Have to say that I moved on August 2, 2019 and already have the light and water company scheduled before I arrived which is awesome . Keep up the good work and maintain yourselfs the number 1. Hello Everyone,nnLet me tell you my story. I am relocating from New Jersey to Florida and no company wanted to rent to me while I was out of state and did not have paystubs from Florida as of yet. I have a realtor friend and she sent me the address I called and I said maybe they will say the same at this point I said if it’s God’s will for me to go to Florida then Rental and Realty Group will tell me different. I explained to Shay Ramos my story how no one wants to rent to me etc... I told her I am interested in your property and she told me let me see what the owner of the house says she said meanwhile fill out the application and I will get back to you a few hours later she gets back to me and tells me that the owner said it was OK I sent and $700 hold which goes toward my security deposit and $50 for administration fee I sent it next day delivery because I wanted her to know I was serious about my move. Needless to say that Shay Ramos is very professional, nice etc...and I will be moving in July 1, 2019 and meeting her at my new place. Rental and Realty is a very good company and they are not to take your money. I have not left Jersey yet and the water and electric are under my name already I have the moving company meeting me there on the 1st of July and also Spectrum and my car is being transported as well. Thank you Shay for making my move to Florida smooth. You are the greatest and I have the perfect house with a private pool woooohoooo. Thank you Shay Ramos and Rental and Realty.
