I was looking for a place to move in asap however did not have the time to come in and fill out an application/signing day etc, Tammy was really helpful and accommodating. She worked with my mom in order to get me in asap, she took great care of us and made the move in process seamless. Every other place I went seemed like a million steps. However Tammy made it so simple. I appreciate you for assisting my mother and allowing me to move in so soon. Thankyou!

Tammy C. and Sean R. we’re phenomenal!!! They assisted me every step of the way with getting my application completed and submitted!! They explained everything thoroughly!! They were very knowledgeable of the property and they made sure to be available if I had any questions or concerns! The apartment is absolutely adorable and I am happy with it!!! I think the Havens are very quiet and clean and I can’t wait to see how the property looks after they finish the upgrades!!! Your team members are awesome and you should be proud that they deliver excellent service!!! They deserve a raise!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Tammy was absolutely wonderful. She kept me updated on my application and made my experience with moving into this beautiful 2 bed 2 bath very pleasing. I love the community and already I feel right at home. I would suggest these apartments to anyone looking for a nice community to live in, and ask to speak to Tammy shes awesome.

Just moved into the studio apartment today. Super clean, everything was up to date ! neighbors are great, quiet area! Very quick move in. I applied and within the next week I got approved & was ready to move in. The process was super easy. Tammy is the go too person ! She explained everything clearly & kept contact if needed any information or to just update you on the status! I really recommend this place ! Thank you guys so much !

Haven at Lake Deer, is a very quiet and calm community. The neighborhood is well kept on the number side and no one bothers anyone. management is very hard to get in contact with but once you do they are very helpful. This is my first time living on my own and I like it! I recommend this community to all my friends and family looking for options. Amenities are not included and you do have to pay for like every thing but overall satisfied. After all its only a 9 month lease.
