Cathy Kluytenaar and her team did a terrific job in selling my house quickly, and for a top price. Originally I was afraid that the time of year (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) would be a challenge but I was wrong. Due to the K Team’s strong marketing tools, fabulous pictures of my house, and their deep knowledge of the Winter Haven area, my house was under contract in 4 days. They made the sale of my home very easy! I recommend the K Team to anyone seeking a very professional and knowledgeable team.

I cannot say enough about Cathy K Awesome doesn’t cover it. She helped me buy my house, and 20 years later I moved from FL to AZ, and she helped me sell it in one day. During the move I had stomach issues that took a week out of my packing time and then broke my shoulder that left me totally out of the process. Friends that were going to help me, bailed at the last minute so I needed someone to do all the packing. When I called the packing company I hired, they said they were scheduled for a day later. The day I was flying out early in the a.m. The car courier said they couldn’t make it till Saturday and they were scheduled for Wednesday. I lost it, and I never cry. I called Cathy and when she heard what was going on, she came right over. She had all these issues solved in less than an hour. She did not yell at anyone. She was very professional to all parties and solved everything in less than an hour (people packing my house, packers for the POD, car pickup, and even someone to clean the house when I left). That Girl can do anything, and she thinks of everything. This is over and above buying or selling a home. You can trust her to work on your behalf for anything that may arise during your buying/selling process. Awesome doesn’t cover it. I was blessed to meet her 20 years ago. She is Wonder Realtor, and I would never use anyone else.
