Wow!! The team worked hard and went way above what should have been a very easy sale. They listed house and sold us our new home.nThey listed house ,in 2 day we had 12 offers and had a bidding war they took care of all that made it easy for us.(Thank You) That being said the buyer and there real estate person were making unrealistic request and my real estate team took care of it all !!!So we would not get stressed. My real estate agents work as a team they made sure we got all paper work in a very timely manor and never once did they not retune my phone call I always got to talk to a real live person.(many calls were after work hours) Thank you .nThey sold us our new home !!!! We had trouble with our bank and they straight it out .They made many phone calls on our behalf. They got us in to our dream home and made it a painless event. They had our backs for the whole time selling and buying our homes . We can not thank them enough.

Don and Erika are fantastic and they get the job done. Covid19 destroyed my livelihood with no prospects of finding further work and living on unemployment. I desperately needed to sell my brand new home that I had just bought and it was put under contract with an excellent buyer in just around 30 days. They are aggressive and in control and I thank them for helping me in a bad situation. Go with this team if you need to get your house sold. They’re worth it.
