My husband and I lived in Barrington for about 2 and a half years. We have no complains about the apartment or outside area. George, the maintenance guy was very nice and always walking to help. Diane was a great manager and helped us a lot while we were there and during the process to leave. We just left for job relocation. I absolutely recommend this place.

I just love it here. I is newly remodeled. The manager Dianne and the maintenance man George are on top of everything. Real prompted with a situation. Everybody I met as tenants are so friendly. Pool and yard look wonderful.

Best area to live in the Winter Haven area there is everything in the area. It's very safe. The maintenance man is always on time and is very nice. The office staff is nice they will help you if you have a question or need help. The pool is cleaned everyday and the dog park is always clean and kept up. The apartment is updated and very nice. Love the flooring in my apartment. There is assigned parking but I enjoy it because you always have your spot in front of your building. I would recommend this property to anyone who is moving to the area.

I relocated from out of town and it was very stressful but I leased sight unseen. Diane was professional, nice and help to make the transition smooth. I am in the industry and I know the business can be hectic but Diane made sure to follow up and make sure moving was as stress free as possible. The maintenance man Jorge is also the best, whenever I have needed anything he has helped. I love the location close to everything. The pool is also nice. I love my cute apartment, it was clean and top notch when I moved in. Thanks to the staff for all they do!!!!
