This complex is really, truly decent and relatively affordable compared to other living places in the area. The staff in the office is always kind and helpful. I have occasionally had issues getting the timely communication that I want from them, but immediately after pressing them about it, they have always responded and done their absolute best to resolve whatever issue I had as quickly as possible. The units are spacious, with a lot of natural light. I think it's a huge plus that there is no designated guest parking (thus no towing of guests cars), and I have never had an issue finding a spot of my own right in front of the entrance of my building. The gym is rather small, and a key to the gym is too pricey for me to want one (a one-time $50 fee I think?) but Just Move Fitness has two locations nearby. And speaking of locations, the location of this complex is the absolute best. I am within few than 10 miles of almost all of my doctors, the hospital, and lots of great places to eat- not to mention the downtown area. If you're looking for an apartment in the Winter Haven area, try this place. I recommend it. It's the best apartment I've lived in so far.

I just moved out of the complex in October, and I had a great experience. All of the staff, from front office, maintenance, and the others were fantastic, and extremely helpful. If I ever move back down to Florida, they will be my first choice.

The Area is very nice. But maintenence crew not very up to par.

It's a crime that they charge people so much to live in this dump. The stairwells smell like mold, the stairs themselves are made cheaply, the parking lot is cheaply done and there are pot holes everywhere. Nothing looks like the pictures that are advertised. The biggest best apartment there is only worth $750 a month if that. Unfortunately there is so little available for rent in the area, that the owners of these apartments are able to take advantage of people in need.
