Village Realty recently took over the management of the apartments where I live. They are fantastic people. Josh and Ieda are very professional and the maintenance man Tim C. is extremely concerned about making every detail on the property perfect.

My experience with this company was completely unprofessional! I saw a beautiful home available on Zillow and I proceeded to apply and once I was approved. Aida told me that the home was rented out by someone else. HORRIBLE communication within the staff. I told her that my current lease was coming up and I need a home to move into before the beginning of the month. She informed me that it was another home available that has the same layout and ensured me that the home would be available before my lease is up. FROM THERE it was a complete RUN AROUND I had to practically call consistently for any type of updates. To top it all off she still has not called me back about if the home was ready or ANYTHING!!!! Thank GOD I found another alternative or I wouldn't have a home to move into. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

Village Realty is a top of the line company! They really keep their properties in pristine conditions. They don't mind doing what it takes to keep them up and their tenants happy!

I've worked with Josh and the Village team for several years now, they manage several properties for me and do an outstanding job! I wouldn't hesitate to task Josh with managing any property.

The Village Realty team are a great property management team, they have shown the utmost professionalism with regard to acquiring, advertising and succesfully securing tenants for my rental property. They were realsitic with regard to my expectations, and very accomodating to my needs. I look forward to building and cementing a solid relationship working together with them hereafter.
