I called a few weeks ago and even though all their homes were leased, I received some great information on how to find a home in the area. It meant a lot that I was still helped out even though it was not going to result in a move in for their company. The agent knew her area and actually seemed just happy to help. You don't get that often these days. Plus I was able to get a hold of her directly and didn't just get another answering service like the first 3 places i called.

I had a wonderful experience. Christina got back to me quickly and answered all my questions about property management. This is the first time listing a home for us, so I was a bit nervous. Now I feel confident in the choice to try using our retirement home as a rental.

I'll admit the when I first was searching for a management company I went with one that had a lower leasing fee and monthly management fee. This proved to be why there is a saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR :( With in the first 2 months my renters had skipped out leaving over $1,000 worth of damage. I learned my lesson the first time and came back to PMRS and they really took care of everything. My new renters are great, they pay on time and I no longer have the stress that was building up from renting my home. PMRS is worth every penny.

We had an HOA issue with the lawn and had no luck getting the right people to contact us back about the violation. All we keep getting were threats for fines up to $1,000 a day. We handed the issue over to PMRS to handled and with in 48 hours the matter was cleared up and I had an email confirming the violation was fixed and the home was in good standing. It is so nice to be able to put my home in the hands of a company that will treat ALL issues as top priority. My headaches with the HOA are no longing stressing me out.
