Kayla was wonderful to work with. She was able to squeeze me into her schedule on very short notice before I moved in so I wouldn’t have to worry about moving furniture again. The carpets look great! I recommend their services and will be using them again!
In a bit of a bind I contacted this company with fingers crossed. Kayla was amazing, she was able to get someone to my home to get the job done. My husband was being released from the hospital earlier than anticipated and I needed my carpets cleaned! This amazing company was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently! Lillian was super conscience of the wood in my home and made sure everything was perfect prior to his arrival, even working around other contractors in my home. The attention to detail was amazing. I have used other carpet cleaning companies many times in the past, and nobody even came close to getting the clean carpets I got today. My last service was with zerorez and they said once a carpet is stained red you can’t get it out. Well today the sweet woman( I’m so sorry I forgot your name) used her flashlight to find all the fruit punch spills and was able to remove all of them! She worked so hard and it shows in my carpet. She said she would never hire her sons to clean, but she would her daughters, simply because women have a keener eye to detail, and I would agree with that statement, not just in cleaning, but in our daily lives. I’m so happy I used them and so happy I could support an all women business. Truly outstanding work and I would recommend everyone to use them. She even sprayed an orange essential oil spray in all of my rooms, it smelt so good!
Quick to help me out in a pinch. After using them on my home I needed to get the rental we were in cleaned. A different company canceled on us and I needed to find someone asap. They came to the rescue. And man what a fantastic job they did. Thank you so much.
The first woman that’s ever cleaned my carpets and I feel like she was way more attentive to detail, way more personable, and had better communication and was more professional than any other carpet cleaner I’ve ever used. My carpets look brand new and smell great and the stains are gone! Very pleased!
