My experience was outstanding and I was very happy with the service I received. The customer service was outstanding and when I took my coat out of the bag it looked brand new. I will be back and definitely tell others thank you for your service.
I love this service. I get a text to see if I need any pick up for laundry or dry cleaning, they come to my house and pick it up and it's delivered a few days later. I don't use it very often so I wasn't sure if they would let me do delivery but they do and it's free!! I love it!!
I love the convenience of the delivery service. They are efficient, friendly, and do excellent work. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
Went to pick up my wedding dress and it had several burn holes in the tulle skirt! Do not take your wedding dresses here! I was still charged for the cleaning and I am waiting to talk to a manager for a refund! I will not use them again for anything.
I've been going to red hanger off and on for many years, and I'd recommend any of their stores to anyone. I mostly use the Layton location, but you get the same great service at any of their stores. They're always professional, personable, and will always try to give you the best service they can. I've had alterations done there as well, with great quality work. The managers at the layton store, Ronne & Carol are very accommodating if I had questions or needed something at last minute.All the red hanger employees are that way too & make you feel like an old friend. So yes check them out! You'll be happy with the services.
