I use quite a bit of dry cleaning for business clothes and leather and have used this location for house fabric cleaning (curtains and comforters) as well. Key Highlights and headaches below ;). PROS: 1- DELIVERY FREE- free delivery/pickup (for commercial or residential IF you provide them a credit card on file). You also get texts that make pick up really simple! 2- STELLAR QUALITY WORK - Great quality work- I have had alterations done, curtains, leather, comforters, and all my business attire. The products always come back with great results. 3-THEY WILL CLEAN ANY/EVERYTHING - they have SIGNIFICANT expertise to clean EVERYTHING! particularly for leather, as there are VERY FEW places that will/can accept fine leather jackets or other pieces available. CONS: 1- LATE ON COMPLETING SPECIAL ITEMS BY ‘promised completion’ - Not everything is cleaned on site, so the promised completion time is frequently not met. GOOD IDEA to check if they are ‘sending out’ a garment before you drop off, particularly if timing is important, as they have missed promised dates 3 of the 6 times I have sent leathers over (once by a MONTH!). All my normal clothing has been timely and within the promised return. 2- HIGH COUNTER SERVICE TURNOVER - not sure if it’s mgmt, but they rarely have ‘experienced’ counter help. This results in more time than probably necessary to pick up— they have always been courteous in my experience, just not trained well before they are left alone. Recommend the delivery service to avoid the revolving door of new employees. 3- EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO COMPETITORS — likely because of some of the service they have expertise in is not widely available, (and the garments are always returned stellar) it is reflected in the price — I have paid up to $80 for one leather coat, and was VERY SURPRISED to get a $50 bill for 2 curtain panels! They will often provide a cost at drop off, but only for specialty items. I recommend asking at drop off a aTotal price if you’re cleaning anything besides regular clothes.

I took in my wedding dress to get cleaned and was told the cost is typically $160. But, because of the style of my dress, the employee was able to take the cost down to something more affordable. I really appreciate the associate taking the time to actually look at the item I was bringing it and deciding the cost instead of just charging me the highest price. They did awesome with the cleaning and it was done very quickly! This place is great!

I had two pants cleaned that were stained and both came out perfect.

Check in my items was quick and easy. The turn around time was on point. When the items were done they offered free delivery. Ein win

I feel they are extremely over priced! Two easy separate items 18 dollars! 😳
