DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Where do I begin to tell you about the absolute amazing experience I have had with the Abbas Realty Group? This has not been my first experience and I am sure it will not be my last. I rarely recommend a business unless I am absolutely positive they are one of the best in the business. Well this is one business I totally recommend. I met Omar about 6 years ago after interviewing a number of people in the industry. I realized then Abbas Realty was the right choice. His connections to the community, finding out after we met who his parents are and knowing the business they own and the hard workers that they are which they instilled in their son who instilled that in his son.nEvery experience with them has been fantastic, easy, quick and professional.nI have had 2 other experiences with Abbas realty prior to this latest one and all were fantastic. This latest one was selling my home was incredible. Their expertise of how to prepare the home, their marketing, and their knowledge of the community and pricing led to my home being sold in about 3 hours and closed within a month! INCREDIBLE. Like I said I rarely recommend a business, but this is one I would recommend and will continue to work with in the future. Angela did an amazing job listing and selling our Condominium. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Of the 3 realtors (from other agencies) we spoke to prior to signing on with Angela, she was the only one to come to the table with a well planned strategy to market and sell our condo. As a result, she was able to sell our condominium quickly and for more than I expected it to sell for. She did an excellent job with handling the contract and negotiations. It was nice to have someone with her skill and confidence in our corner throughout the entire process. Further, it is worth mentioning that our condominium was in South Tampa and her Realty Firm is in Tarpon Springs and she did an excellent job despite the listing being out of her market.

The Abbas team was great to work with. They know the local market well and had my home under contract within 24 hours of listing. We recently sold our house with Abbas Realty. We worked with both Omar and Niko and had an excellent experience! They obviously know the Tarpon Springs area and market very well. It was our first time selling a house and they were patient and responsive to all of the questions we had. Our house was under contract 4 days after listing, and everything thing went smoothly. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the process and can't recommend them enough!
