Faye's Laundry & Dry Cleaning

I will never take anything to Faye's Laundry again; Ever! I dropped off a bedspread that I have washed numerous times in their large washing machine, and simply didn't want to hang around an hot laundromat with my service dog. So when I was ready to pick it up I'd called for the total and was told $29. Being that I am one with absolutely no patience when I feel RIP-off I politely said thank you, hung up and stewed over the exorbitant charge and waited until I calmed down before going in to inquire about it. I went in this afternoon to question the amount, voice concern over the cost to wash a bedspread and hopefully pick it up. However the young girl behind the counter couldn't give me an explanation, so I asked for a explanation. The woman that initially waited on me (Sharon) stated that she had it Dry Cleaned (against my specific instructions) because she said that it was supposed to be Dry Cleaned, and also said that a woman had dropped it off. That is impossible because I am widowed and have not had a female drop anything off anywhere. She then offered me a coupon for $10 towards future use. Really? Do you think that I am going to spend any future money at an establishment that cannot follow basic instructions by the customer? I told Sharon to keep the bedspread and that I would never return to give them my business again and was going to post this review; Which didn't faze her in the least.

I’ve been to a few laundromats and this one is filthy! None of the washers were clean and I’m glad I brought Clorox wipes to wipe around and inside the washers! I will definitely not come back and I will be going to the awesome clean laundromat in Clearfield just off of Main Street and antelope! That place is clean !

Absolute worst dry cleaner I’ve ever used. No starch in my shirts and 4 times now they have messed up my polo shirts. My last batch of shirts Included a polo shirt that Fayes had to redo. When I got my shirts home, There was a different shirt included with the same problem as the shirt that was fixed. Once again ITS HAPPENED 4 TIMES! Hoffman’s was good. Fayes is a disaster!

The biggest washing machine took all my soap and quarters and did not end up working because the coin holder was full. No refund on my soap. Then I didnt have enough soap to redo another load. Bad customer service/owners. Then a tall van was blocking the exit on the road. Paint that curb red! Or put a big sign that says no parking there. Come on owners!

Great service. Clean machines and I love the covered parking and pick up window. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
