Called the office around 2 pm monday. The receptionist was mumbling the whole time, as I was asking about a property she placed me on hold (well she thought she did however I guess she forgot to place me on hold) and all I hear is personal life stories in the background. Unprofessional. I hung up the phone, imagine renting from a office that places you on hold and talks about their own personal drama. Also I doubt they clean these properties I visited two and it was covered in dusk. Avoid at all costs.

I will like to say that the leasing experience utilizing this company was the best one I've ever experienced. Shannon was very professional and helpful, she will always display knowledge and will provide accurate answers to all of my questions. The turnaround time for the email communications were very fast and cortious. I will recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thank you for all of your help.
