I had the pleasure of having Bruno and Katie when I was buying a house and selling a house. They both went above and beyond my expectations. I was out of Florida when I was selling my house, which can be stressful. I had no worries. Bruno and Katie were outstanding in making sure everything was in place. They stopped by my house a few times a week, met with different individuals pertaining to the house. They were very informative and kept me at ease. As a real estate investor I buy and sell a lot of property. Unfortunately, the more I do this the lower my opinion of Realtors (circle trademark thingy) becomes. My general experience is that most realtors are very interested in getting the listing, and that's where it stops. Not so with Katie and Bruno. They actually work for their clients! I was floored. They reached out to their network and got multiple offers on properties I was selling. Joy. What a win-win deal for the buyer and seller. Friendly, responsive, and actual market knowledge.
