If you care enough to read reviews then you must be considering Kim and Vitis Realty. Let me save you time and money and just tell you to choose Vitis.nnThey made it so easy. So so easy. We finished our closing from another state and it went smooth because of Kim.nnWe sold our house for top dollar because of her expertise and navigating negotiations.nnWe hardly had to do anything (besides pack!)nnYou absolutely won't go wrong with Vitis.

Working with Kim Barker at Vitis Realty was an absolute joy. My wife and I had recently moved to Florida in 2019 and were purchasing a home for the second time. She began by having a sit down meeting to identify what we were looking for in a home. She then began working tirelessly and helped us patiently wait for the home that was perfect for us. She even helped us consider the budget we discussed and respected our financial goals in the process. She was always willing to share her professional expertise in a way that was helpful and never condescending.
