Central Florida Tractor

I moved out onto a farm in Dade city, and soon after required a lawn mower, a zero turn specifically. I have visited this location many times for minor fixes after I purchased my zero turn there, but they began to be annoying when something on the mower broke and they have to fix it. Then, to be spiteful, they take an unnecessary amount of time to fix it, for example, three weeks to put the mower belt on. In about March, we started to have a problem with sputtering, and dropped it off as soon as the problem began. They proceeded to keep it for over three and a half months, and we finally picked it up. They charged about $500 for this repair, and then, when we tried to use it, it had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!!! For three times this happened and they increased the price every time. Of course I had a warranty, but they still charge almost full price for everything, and for every fix. Finally, most recently, I picked it up for the same problem from March, and this time, I cannot even test it to see if they fixed the problem. They popped one of the tires. Not only that, but it looked like someone had HACKED THE SEAT OF THE FRAME WITH AN AXE. It is rotted, and I KNOW that it isn’t from me, because I keep it under cover. Now, not only have I wasted close to 12k just trying to have a working lawn mower, but I can’t even use it because they returned it to me in such poor condition. They are incompetent scam artists who have probably never actually fixed a mower. They learned off of a YouTube video no doubt. The store is dingy and rundown, and they don’t keep the mowers in good condition while the “fix” it. The customer service is kind of like trying to get a disrespectful toddler to follow directions in preschool. There is no communication, just a condescending attitude projected toward you while you ask why the repair is taking 3 months to fix a minor issue. They act like you run on their schedule, and you have nothing better to do. If there is any chance you can avoid this as a costumer, you should try LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I would give them a negative 15 stars if I could, and I would leave them a million negative reviews if it meant saving people from their lies and scam. DO NOT VISIT.

Best shop in the area by far.nEverytime I go in there they fix my problem. There not always the cheapest but if you want it done right at a fair price this is the place to go.
